IT Systems Engineer (m/f/d)

Ensuring the stable operation of clients, servers and network environments at multiple locations
Administration and further development of server, storage, backup and virtualisation systems
Taking over the technical 2nd-level support for complex infrastructure disruptions
Coordination of external IT partners as well as support for infrastructure and system projects
Support and supervision of trainees and interns in the technical environment
Qualifications:
Experience with Windows Server, storage, backup and virtualisation
Sound knowledge of datacentre and network infrastructures
Practical experience in 2nd-level support and technical troubleshooting
Knowledge in system design, project management and infrastructure planning
Strong team and customer orientation as well as very good German and good English skills
