Junior Field Sales Consultant - Career Changer Opportunity in the Insurance Industry in the Canton of Bern

• You will look after both existing and new customers and advise them individually and according to their needs
• You enjoy winning and inspiring new customers
• You develop a trusting relationship with the customers
• Active sales and advice on health insurance products
• You prepare offers, conduct telephone calls and handle administrative tasks

• Completed commercial training or apprenticeship in retail
• Initial sales experience is an advantage
• Very good German skills, additional languages are a plus
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact as well as an open and communicative personality
• Independent working style with the ability to motivate yourself to top performance
• Talent for explaining complex products simply and understandably
• Category B driving licence is mandatory
