HES-SO Master is a professionalising second-cycle training entity, practice-based, linked with research and innovative projects conducted in the HES-SO universities of applied sciences, with an interdisciplinary dimension. It offers Masters in the fields of Engineering and Architecture, Economics and Services, Health and Social Work, as well as an interdisciplinary Master in Innovation.
Your tasks
Within the scope of your role, you ensure the administrative management of the student cycle from pre-admission to post-graduation for the MDT programme (joint HES-SO / UNIGE Master in Territorial Development). In particular, you ensure the accuracy of data in our database, the management of grades and transcripts, as well as the monitoring of the graduation process.
Furthermore, you manage the underlying processes related to student life for all training programmes. Finally, you contribute to the smooth running of the academic activities of HES-SO Master and support the HES-SO Master manager, programme managers and their deputies.
Your profile
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee;
- You have 5 years’ experience in a similar position;
- You have a strong interest in academic education;
- You are proficient in French and have a reliable spelling.

Work rate: 60%
Contract duration: Fixed-term contract until 31.05.2027 (maternity leave replacement)
