IT Infrastructure Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You further develop the ICT strategy together with management and ensure a future-oriented direction
You develop suitable concepts and solutions for infrastructure, cloud, workplace, and cybersecurity
You are responsible for the ICT budget from planning to controlling investment and operating costs
With a clear roadmap, you prioritise technical debt and important modernisation projects
You combine strategic thinking with a strong operational understanding
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in a comparable role as ICT manager, IT head, or senior system engineer with leadership responsibility, ideally in an SME environment
Your experience includes IT contract negotiations as well as managing budgets from CHF 0.5 million
You bring sound knowledge in client engineering, software distribution, as well as server and network infrastructures
You also have experience in cybersecurity in implementing and operating corresponding solutions
Leadership experience, knowledge in AI, and flawless German language skills, both spoken and written complete your profile
