IT Consultant & System Engineer (m/f/d)

The scope of services ranges from the basic IT equipment of individual workstations to large and demanding network solutions for enterprise and carrier. The commitment and extensive know-how focus on system integration, hosting services as well as IT services & maintenance.
Role:
As an IT Consultant & System Engineer (m/f/d), you plan, implement and operate modern ICT systems for various customers. You can expect an environment where technologies such as Microsoft 365 (M365), Azure and virtualisation solutions are part of everyday life. Your own ideas are expressly welcome, as you shape projects from the idea to operation. Those who enjoy technology and direct customer contact will find plenty of scope for creativity here.
Responsibilities:
You operate and maintain ICT systems, troubleshoot and document the solutions clearly.
You handle cases in 2nd and 3rd level support and find pragmatic solutions.
Furthermore, you identify customer needs and independently optimise existing environments.
You take on the management of your own projects and advance technical topics.
In addition, you collaborate with the presales team in developing customer solutions.
You also drive customer projects forward together with the team and contribute new approaches.
Qualifications:
You have a technical basic education in the ICT field, complemented by appropriate further training.
You have several years of experience in systems engineering, ideally with an ICT service provider.
Microsoft technologies, virtualisation and network topics are part of your toolkit.
Moreover, you work independently, solution-oriented and keep an overview even with multiple topics.
You convince in customer contact with consulting skills and a sense for suitable solutions.
Additionally, you communicate confidently in German and are comfortable with English technical documentation.
