MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

During your training, you will act as the link between the Motor Vehicles and Navigation Service and the clients. Using various communication channels (telephone, e-mail, web, mail, etc.), you will provide your interlocutors with information, respond to questions and complaints in a personalised manner. On the phone, you will conduct various types of interviews depending on the assigned tasks.
