You are a committed Systems Engineer looking for exciting projects in an innovative environment? Then you have the chance to shape the IT workplaces of the future. In this role, you take responsibility for the development and implementation of systems. You are responsible for the technical execution of projects and contribute to shaping the digital working world of tomorrow. You are looking for a challenge that optimally utilises your skills and experience as a Senior Systems Engineer.
Responsibilities:
You support business customers as a technical contact person and develop sustainable solutions for their IT landscapes.
You plan, implement, and modernise server, cloud, and virtualisation platforms including technical documentation.
You analyse complex system faults, coordinate appropriate countermeasures, and ensure stable operation.
You optimise infrastructure processes with proven technologies, security standards, and efficient administration tools.
You lead demanding customer projects or support their implementation in close collaboration with internal specialists.
Qualifications:
You have completed training in systems engineering and have several years of experience in the IT infrastructure environment.
You are proficient in Windows Server and have knowledge of Veeam Backup as well as HPE server and storage systems.
You work confidently with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
You are familiar with Exchange Server, Exchange Online, as well as VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V.
You convince through customer orientation, analytical thinking, and independent working, as well as good German and English skills.
