Microsoft 365 Platform & Infrastructure Specialist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Independent management of IT projects, especially cloud migrations, security initiatives, as well as AI and automation projects.
Ensuring operation and continuous development of the Microsoft 365 platform (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID) including endpoint management (Intune, Autopilot).
Acting as deputy Head of IT and sharing responsibility for a stable and secure IT operation.
Implementation of regulatory security and compliance requirements using modern security solutions such as Microsoft Defender and CrowdStrike.
Coordination of external IT partners, consulting of departments, and support in the areas of network, server, and cloud.
Qualifications:
Completed training or degree (HF/FH) in computer science or comparable qualification with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
At least five years of professional experience in the Microsoft environment (Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Security), preferably in a regulated industry.
Broad technical understanding, experience in project management, and willingness to learn related infrastructure topics.
Independent working style, high personal responsibility, and strong quality, security, and compliance awareness.
Fluent written and spoken German as well as good English skills (at least B2); communicative, resilient, and team-oriented personality.
