Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for preparing the monthly and annual financial statements for a small sister company
- You are in charge of the monthly and annual VAT reconciliation for several companies
- You are responsible for recording and checking all postal and bank vouchers
- You are responsible for checking and posting various general ledger and expense vouchers
- You are responsible for ensuring weekly payments via e-banking
- You are responsible for recording, posting and checking the netting of
- Various tasks in the area of general ledger (e.g. balance account control, processing of creditor credits)
- Organisation and monitoring of the internal control system
- Supporting asset accounting is also part of your responsibilities
Qualifications:
- You have completed commercial training,
- You have further trained as a finance clerk (ideally towards the Swiss federal diploma in finance and accounting) and already have experience in closing tasks.
- SAP and its environment as well as common MS Office applications are well known to you from your previous work
- You have a high IT affinity, which enables you to quickly learn to use new tools.
- You are a responsible and trustworthy person. You have professional competence and a convincing appearance.
- You can deal appropriately with various stakeholders and know how to assert yourself where necessary.
- Enjoying working in a team and your communicative manner complete your profile.
