Our partner is a leading Swiss industrial and technology company in the St. Gallen Rhine Valley with over 100 employees. For more than 40 years, the company has developed and manufactured high-quality, customised electrotechnical solutions, power distribution and lighting systems for the global market. To strengthen the management team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a results-driven, entrepreneurial leader. In this central key role, you will assume operational and strategic overall responsibility for the areas of finance & accounting, HR, controlling, IT, and administration, and directly lead the commercial team.

Responsibilities:
In your commercial leadership role, you assume overall responsibility for HR, finance, controlling, IT & infrastructure.
You are responsible for the active leadership and development of the commercial team.
You manage financial management, budgeting, controlling, and ensuring financial transparency.
You are responsible for the preparation of financial statements, financial analyses, and business management key figures.
You steer the entire HR strategy, personnel administration, and HR processes.
You act as a central contact person for executive management, auditors, banks, authorities, and insurers.
Qualifications:
Higher education in business administration, finance, or controlling (FH/HF, federal diploma) and ideally a HR specialist certificate.
Several years of solid practical experience in finance and accounting as well as human resources with clear leadership experience.
Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, and solution-oriented working style.
High social competence, communication skills, empathy, and natural authority.
