Head of Finance and Human Resources (m/f/d)

Role:

Connecting finance, personnel and entrepreneurial decisions – this is what makes this role particularly versatile. You take on the professional and organisational responsibility for an important business area and are simultaneously a sparring partner for the management. In addition to financial control, personnel, administration and various cross-departmental topics are part of your area of responsibility. You will have plenty of scope for design and can sustainably further develop structures, processes and systems.

Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the strategic and operational orientation of the finance department and continuously develop its structures

• You coordinate budgeting, business planning, forecasts and other planning processes

• You ensure meaningful reporting and prepare financial decision-making bases for management

• You accompany the financial reporting and ensure correct and transparent accounting

• You monitor liquidity and take care of medium- and long-term financial planning

• You advise management and various departments on business and financial matters

• You lead the personnel department and are responsible for payroll, social insurance as well as other personnel administrative topics

• You coordinate administrative support areas and ensure efficient and clear processes

• You lead and develop your employees, delegate tasks and promote constructive collaboration

• You take responsibility for central finance and HR systems and accompany their further development

Qualifications:

• You have a higher business administration education or a comparable further qualification in finance and accounting

• You bring several years of solid experience in a responsible finance role

• You are familiar with financial planning, reporting, budgeting and business management

• Experience with Swiss accounting standards is an advantage

• You have leadership experience and understand how to lead employees clearly, appreciatively and goal-oriented

• You think entrepreneurially, strategically and analytically and have a strong understanding of numbers

• You are digitally savvy and work confidently with modern finance and enterprise systems

• You communicate very well in German; additional language skills are an advantage
