IT System Engineer - Infrastructure & Cloud (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 125,000Rocken® specialises in recruiting talents and experts from IT platform development. We collaborate with the most exciting Swiss service providers but also successfully cover all in-house positions. Concurrently, we provide a network of established companies digitally and transparently through our closed Rocken® Talent Platform.

Role:
You think about IT holistically, love technical challenges and want to actively shape modern IT landscapes? In this versatile role, you combine classic system technology with cloud technologies, automation and sustainable infrastructure development.
Responsibilities:
Planning, operation and continuous optimisation of complex IT infrastructures
Administration and further development of Windows and Linux systems
Support of network, virtualisation, storage and backup solutions
Integration of hybrid cloud environments and modern platform services
Automation of recurring tasks with PowerShell or comparable scripting languages
Analysis and resolution of complex faults in 2nd and 3rd level support
Participation in architectural decisions, migrations and technical projects
Implementation of security measures as well as optimisation of monitoring and system availability
Qualifications:
Solid experience in system engineering or IT infrastructure
Good knowledge of Windows Server, virtualisation and network technologies
Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 or comparable cloud platforms
Interest in automation, infrastructure as code and modern operating models
Analytical thinking and enjoyment in solving complex technical issues
Independent, structured working style and a strong quality awareness
