Your responsibilities

• Managing telephone contacts with clients in French and German
• Handling client email flows and internal dispatching according to areas of expertise.
• Sending quotes to clients
• Ensuring the smooth running of the billing process in connection with Ofac, the cooperative company
• Managing relationships with suppliers

Your profile

• Very good knowledge of French and German; Italian is an asset.
• Previous experience in client management and follow-up
• Commercial employee CFC is a plus
• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical or chemical production environment or in a pharmacy is a plus
• Computer skills (MS Office)
• Proactive, flexible, methodical, rigorous personality with excellent time management
• Team spirit and ease in communication.
• Excellent communication skills.
