Together with the Services Team, you are responsible for the implementation, configuration and maintenance of in-house cloud services
For stable operation, you take on monitoring, fault analysis and 3rd level support
Together with your team, you develop modern hosting services with a focus on an optimal customer experience
From requirements analysis to lifecycle, you accompany the introduction of new service products
Qualifications:
Completed IT training or comparable qualification with several years of experience in operating IT infrastructures
Sound knowledge of VMware vSphere, virtualisation as well as server and storage environments
Good knowledge of Windows and Linux servers as well as network basics, Citrix experience is an advantage
Analytical and solution-oriented working style, teamwork, independence as well as fluent written and spoken German
