IT System Engineer (m/f/d)
Role:
You are looking for a new challenge where you can apply your skills as an IT System Engineer. In this role, you take responsibility for the operation, maintenance and support of demanding customer infrastructures. You are the final escalation level and have the opportunity to contribute your knowledge and experience to solve complex problems. You work without field service and can fully concentrate on your tasks. You bring your professional experience to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
You contribute your know-how as an experienced system engineer in internal service
In this role, you ensure that our customers' IT infrastructures run stably and securely
As an IT System Engineer, you take on demanding cases escalated by our support team
You analyse complex faults down to the root cause and resolve them sustainably
You implement changes and service orders on demanding systems
You carry out maintenance, for example on server clusters and virtualisation environments
Qualifications:
- You have completed a vocational training as an IT specialist EFZ in platform development or an equivalent qualification.
- You have several years of professional experience as a system engineer or in a comparable role.
- You possess very good, practical knowledge of Windows Server, Windows Client as well as Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune.
- You have good network and security knowledge, including firewall, switches, WLAN and VPN.
- You enjoy challenging troubleshooting and have an analytical, structured way of working.
- You communicate clearly and customer-oriented, even in hectic situations, and have very good German language skills in spoken and written form.
