To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as Deputy Head of Processing Department. In this versatile position, you organise the processing team with commitment and foresight, ensuring that production runs smoothly while adhering to qualitative and quantitative requirements. You take responsibility in day-to-day operations and actively engage in projects. Using Lean methods and tools, you optimise processes, lead improvement projects, and ensure the sustainable development of our workflows.
Your tasks
- Coordination of smooth daily operations
- Organisation and optimisation of processes within your area of responsibility
- Planning of personnel deployment and deputising for the department head
- Responsibility for safety, quality, and productivity
- Leading Lean management projects
- Monitoring key figures and implementing improvement measures
- Data and document maintenance as well as control of working hours and absences
- Support and participation in projects
Your profile
- Completed vocational training (EFZ)
- Experience in the food industry is an advantage
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Experience in Lean management and leadership experience are advantageous
- Clear, appreciative, and respectful communication
- Resilient, reliable, and responsible personality
- High degree of independence and quick comprehension
- Team player and solution-oriented
