For our client, a renowned public law institution based in Bern, we are looking for a strategic and implementation-strong personality as an HR Business Partner 60% with immediate effect or by arrangement.
In this demanding key role, you actively shape HR processes and act as a trusted sparring partner for the management level.

Your main tasks:
Comprehensive advice: Competent support and advice to managers on all HR-relevant issues throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
Talent acquisition: Responsibility for the entire recruitment process in close, partnership-based cooperation with line managers.
Organisational development: Active support and accompaniment of demanding change and transformation processes within the organisation.
Care & conflict management: Professional support of employees during longer absences (illness/accident) as well as solution-oriented moderation in conflict situations involving internal and external stakeholders.
Project work: Conceptual collaboration in strategic and operational HR projects (digitalisation initiatives, optimisation of HR tools, and further development of employer branding).
Qualifications
Your profile:
Solid education: Completed university or university of applied sciences degree with a focus on Human Resources.
Professional experience: Several years of solid practice as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable, strategic-operational HR function.
Language skills (key factor): Fluent German or French skills (native level) with very good, negotiation-secure knowledge of the other language for daily exchange in the bilingual environment.
Core competencies: Strong advisory, communication and social skills combined with a highly networked, structured and solution-oriented working style.
Personality: Independent, implementation-strong personality with high enthusiasm and drive for collaboration with diverse demanding target groups.
A versatile hub function with a high degree of creative freedom in a professional HR team.
