Export Specialist (m/f/d)

Role:
Our client is looking for an experienced professional to take on a central role in international goods traffic. You ensure professional processes around import, export and customs and advise internal departments on foreign trade-related issues.
You will work independently, coordinate various interfaces and actively contribute your expertise to daily processes. You can expect a responsible and varied role with short decision-making paths, flexible working hours and attractive employment conditions.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring correct and compliant import and customs processing
Advising internal departments on customs, tariff classification, origin and preferences
Utilising and reviewing free trade agreements and customs law opportunities
Maintaining customs tariff and origin data as well as checking import documents
Coordinating external logistics partners including invoice verification
Representing export and organising national and international transports
Qualifications:
Further training as a foreign trade specialist or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in import or export environment
Sound knowledge of customs and foreign trade topics
Very good German and good English skills
Independent, precise and responsible working style
Confident and professional manner towards customs authorities
