Management of general and subsidiary ledgers: Responsible for accurate bookkeeping and maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers in compliance with legal requirements. Preparation of financial statements: Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to relevant standards and regulations. Digitalisation projects: Active participation and leadership in digitalisation projects to make our financial processes more efficient and optimise IT infrastructure. IT projects: Support and execution of IT projects, especially in collaboration with external service providers and the internal IT department. Abacus administration: Maintenance and optimisation of the Abacus software, including training employees and adapting systems to operational requirements. Reporting: Preparation of financial reports and analyses to support management in strategic decisions.
Education: Completed commercial training with further education in finance and accounting (e.g. federal diploma). Expertise: Solid knowledge in accounting and financial statement preparation according to Swiss standards. IT affinity: Good knowledge in the use and administration of Abacus as well as solid MS Office skills, especially Excel. Experience: Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in an SME environment. Personal skills: You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and bring a high degree of initiative.
