Mandate Manager in Fiduciary Services (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Comprehensive support and advice for an own client portfolio from various industries
Responsibility for financial and payroll accounting, VAT returns as well as the preparation of interim and annual financial statements
Tax returns for natural and legal persons including tax planning
Contact person for clients on business management, tax and social security law matters
Professional leadership of administrative staff and mentoring of junior employees
Support with company formations, restructurings and succession issues
Qualifications:
Professional certificate in fiduciary services or finance and accounting (or near completion)
Several years of professional experience in fiduciary services with own mandate responsibility
Confident use of fiduciary software (e.g. Abacus, Sage, Bexio) and MS Office
Entrepreneurial thinking, high personal responsibility and enjoyment in client consulting
Team player with professional demeanour and strong service orientation
