Customer Service Coordinator with Sales Responsibilities (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF71,500 - 85,000Our client is a Swiss company in the field of technical systems and solutions. In addition to technical products, the company offers services related to the maintenance and servicing of existing systems.
Role:
As a customer service coordinator with sales responsibilities, you will look after existing customers, sell maintenance assignments, and coordinate the deployment planning of service technicians.
Responsibilities:
You will look after existing customers and sell maintenance assignments by phone.
You will coordinate the deployment and route planning of service technicians.
You will organise customer appointments and short-notice service assignments.
You will ensure smooth communication between customers and technicians.
You will support the development and further expansion of the customer service department.
Qualifications:
You enjoy telephone customer contact and active sales.
A commercial or technical basic education as well as experience in customer service, telesales, or dispatching are advantageous.
Ideally, you have very good German skills; knowledge of French and Italian is a plus.
You bring technical understanding and are confident in using digital tools and ERP systems.
