Your area of responsibility: You are responsible for the review and assessment of customer relationships, work closely with internal specialist departments, and ensure that all regulatory requirements are met. Role:
In this role, you build client system infrastructures, operate them, and carry out migrations and optimisations. You manage, operate, and further develop the Windows 11 client platform with Config Manager and Microsoft Intune.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you also plan, create, and distribute software packages including packaging, testing, and deployment.
You develop and maintain automation scripts with PowerShell to standardise and optimise processes.
You handle incidents in 2nd-level support and competently and solution-orientedly support internal customers.
You take on tasks in incident, release, change, configuration, capacity, and problem management according to ITIL standards and support the business with server and database queries.
Qualifications:
Completed training as a platform developer, IT specialist EFZ, or an equivalent qualification in the IT field
Strong interest in new technologies, modern workplace trends, and the continuous development of client platforms
Pronounced analytical and conceptual thinking to quickly grasp complex contexts and develop sustainable solutions
High problem-solving competence, structured approach, and resilience even in demanding situations
Team-oriented, flexible, and adaptable working style with enjoyment of cooperative collaboration
Independent, responsible personality with willingness to take over platform modules and automations and communicate internally clearly, target-group appropriately, and service-oriented
