Project Manager* Client Representation (m/f/d)

- You lead the realisation of construction projects, from the initial planning phase to final handover, ensuring compliance with costs, deadlines and quality standards.
- You take on client representation and coordinate collaboration between architects, engineers, authorities and other project participants.
- You prepare and review contracts, offers and tenders and conduct negotiations with subcontractors and service providers.
- You monitor the progress of construction work on site and ensure that the work is carried out according to the agreed plans and specifications.
- You are responsible for risk management and quality assurance throughout the entire project duration.
- You prepare regular status reports and decision-making bases for the clients and management.
- You support the further development of processes and standards in project management.
Qualifications:
- You have completed training in architecture and further education in real estate management or business administration.
- You have several years of experience as a client representative, trustee or as a project manager in an architectural firm or a general contracting company.
- You possess sound knowledge in construction and project management as well as a strong understanding of construction law and economic contexts.
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and can successfully manage several projects in parallel.
- You are strong in communication, assertive and able to convey complex matters clearly.
- You are confident in using project management software and have a high degree of initiative and sense of responsibility.
