Your main tasks

• Responsibility for the professional supervision of employees in the team
• Planning, organising, conducting and documenting verifications and general tests
• Evaluation of conducted verifications and tests as well as definition and coordination of necessary optimisations
• Supporting the introduction of products into production
• Planning and carrying out product development work in customer projects according to internal guidelines and the current state of the art
• Supporting the Product Development department for the project within the division
• Creating technical documents during the development process according to internal guidelines
• Work distribution among employees in the Product Development project teams as specified
• Professional supervision of the Product Development project team

Your profile

• Basic training with a technical and scientific background
• Qualification from a college of higher vocational education, university of applied sciences or university
• At least 3 years of professional experience in precision engineering or plastics technology
• Several years of experience in planning and organising projects
• Experience in creating technical documents
• Practical experience
• Professional problem-solving skills
• Very good German and English skills (C1) in spoken and written form
