Role:
Due to further growth and increasing workload in purchasing, the existing team is being strengthened. The newly created position supports especially in order processing and supplier coordination.
Responsibilities:
You maintain and update article, supplier, and purchasing master data
You obtain quotations, check and compare them
You process orders independently and ensure correct handling
You monitor delivery dates and follow up on open orders
You check delivery notes and other purchasing-relevant documents
You communicate with suppliers and internal departments
You take on general administrative and organisational tasks within purchasing
Qualifications:
Completed commercial basic training EFZ
Initial professional experience in operational purchasing and enjoyment in dealing with suppliers
Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English, French, or Italian skills are an advantage
Independent, structured, and reliable working style
High quality awareness as well as pronounced service and solution orientation
