What you will achieve

• In the absence of the manager, you assume the following responsibilities
• Implementation of the defined strategy, standards and guidelines
• All operational activities, from staff management to responsibility for figures
• Representation of the company externally, including local marketing

What you bring

• Education: Completed studies (University/ETH, FH, HF)
• Field: Hotel/tourism school with federal diploma or completed initial training with federal certificate of competence and advanced professional examination in the catering sector, G1-G3
• Professional experience: Leadership experience in catering
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• A passion for the role of host. Guest service is central to you, you implement this uncompromising service idea and you are a role model.
