Role:
You are looking for a new challenge as an ICT Senior System Engineer where you can apply your skills and experience. In this role, you take responsibility for planning, implementing and maintaining complex IT systems. You ensure system stability and security and work closely with other teams to find solutions to complex problems. With your senior level of experience, you bring a high level of expertise to the role and can further develop your skills. You are ready to contribute your knowledge and experience in this demanding position and take on new challenges.
Responsibilities:
You take on engineering tasks and ensure stable operational operations
In this role, you actively drive the further development of our infrastructure
As a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer, you take technical leadership in changes and migrations
You create and update solution concepts, system architectures and technical documentation
In projects and subprojects, you take responsibility for technical work packages and lead them purposefully to completion
You contribute to the definition and further development of technical standards, operating models, security requirements and lifecycle decisions
Qualifications:
You have completed basic training as an IT specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification and have at least seven years of professional experience in an enterprise environment
Your focus areas are Microsoft Windows Server infrastructures, Microsoft 365 as well as Identity & Access Management
You bring solid practical experience with several technologies such as Windows Server, VMware, Active Directory, Entra, ADFS and DNS
You automate and standardise recurring tasks and processes with PowerShell and GitLab
You have a pronounced security mindset and assess new technologies thoroughly in terms of benefits, risks, dependencies and integration effort
You work independently, solution- and customer-oriented, take responsibility and can communicate complex technical matters appropriately to the audience
You are fluent in German
