We are looking for the following for our client:
Site Manager (a)Your tasks:
- Responsibility for overall operational safety
- Coordinate rapid and sustainable defect rectification
- Deployment and management of external craftsmen
- Leadership and deployment planning of your internal FM team
- Support of renovation and maintenance projectsCost and quality control on site
Qualifications
- Basic technical training (Electrical, HVAC or Building Technology)
- Further training in Facility Management or Maintenance
- Experience in technical FM and staff management
- Organisational talent and pragmatic mindset
- Very good German language skills
- Driving licence category B
