We are looking for our future:
Within our "rail projects" entity, you independently manage projects related to our m1 and m2 metros as well as the tramway on all aspects related to safety installations (level crossings, interlockings, automation, etc.) and ensure their smooth progress, whether in terms of budget compliance, scheduling and quality of deliverables in complete safety.
A true expert in your field, you conduct technical studies, carry out the necessary plan approval procedures, perform risk analyses, coordinate suppliers and oversee the sites until completion. You ensure the projects comply with railway regulations (DE-OCF and RTE).
To strengthen the team's skill robustness, you are also ready to support projects optimising the rolling stock of these same rail systems (management of subsystem obsolescence, etc.).
- Degree in engineering (HES, EPF) in electrical engineering or automation, or a higher education diploma complemented by continuing education in the field
- More than 5 years of professional experience in managing complex projects preferably related to the railway sector in safety installations or rolling stock
- Ideally certified in project management (IPMA)
- You master common IT tools as well as project management tools, notably GANTT or MS Project
- Strong organisational and methodological skills enabling you to manage your projects independently while respecting deadlines
