Customer Service & Export Clerk 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 84,500For an established Swiss manufacturing company, we are looking for a committed individual. The company develops and produces high-quality technical products for national and international industrial customers, combining long-standing expertise with modern production methods. A varied working environment and short decision-making paths characterise the employer.
Responsibilities:
You will support international customers throughout the entire order processing.
You will prepare invoices after completion of the respective orders.
You will administratively prepare deliveries by truck, courier, or air freight.
You will provide assistance with customs issues and international transports.
You will maintain order data, customer information, and article master data in the ERP system.
Coordination with internal departments is part of your daily routine.
If necessary, you will represent team colleagues within order processing.
Additionally, you will support the implementation of internal projects.
Qualifications:
Commercial qualification related to a technical or industrial environment.
Experience in administrative customer support or internal sales.
Practical knowledge of international delivery processes is an advantage.
Good user skills in MS Office and an ERP system.
An additional foreign language is beneficial for the role.
You work in a structured, resilient, and independent manner and present yourself reliably.
You have native-level German skills.
You use English confidently both orally and in writing.
