ERP Project Manager Finance & Abacus (m/f/d)
Role:
An established consulting company is seeking an experienced individual to support clients in the digitalisation and optimisation of their financial processes. The focus is on the introduction and further development of ERP solutions as well as the professional and technical support of projects in the finance sector.
You combine your understanding of financial processes with solid IT expertise and accompany clients from analysis through configuration to successful implementation. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to further develop existing client relationships and acquire new projects.
Responsibilities:
Management and control of ERP projects in the area of financial accounting and sub-ledgers
Analysis of existing financial processes and development of efficient, digital solutions
Design, configuration and implementation of Abacus solutions in the client environment
Training, consulting and support of clients during and after implementation
Preparation of project documentation, evaluations and client-related reports
Active support in acquiring new projects as well as expanding existing client relationships
Qualifications:
Education or solid professional experience in finance or accounting
Good IT knowledge and a strong interest in the connection between finance and IT
Experience in the introduction and implementation of ERP systems, ideally with Abacus
Strong analytical skills as well as a structured and independent working style
Communicative personality with enthusiasm for consulting and direct client contact
Confident German language skills, good English skills, and a flair for cross-selling and project acquisition
