Customer Advisor (m/f/nb), 100% in Nyon
Your responsibilities
- You acquire new clients and sell health insurance and pension solutions tailored to their needs.
- You independently manage existing insured clients and maintain daily contact with customers.
- You prepare offers, perform administrative tasks, and proactively arrange appointments.
- You participate in fairs and stand activities and represent CONCORDIA on site.
Your profile
- You have completed professional training in a service- or sales-oriented environment.
- Contact with customers, sales, and advice are your passion, complemented by administrative skills.
- You have very good knowledge of French; any other language is an asset.
- You have completed the AFA training, hold at least the AFA LCA, or are willing to undertake it? In any case, we are happy to support you in this process.
