What awaits you: a varied daily work routine

• You lead a sales team composed of customer advisors and also manage your own client portfolio
• You serve our clients, whether private individuals or SMEs, acquire new ones and develop existing relationships
• You analyse your clients’ needs and develop tailor-made insurance solutions
• You lead, coach and motivate your sales team made up of beginners and experts
• You recruit new customer advisors in close collaboration with the general agent
• You organise training sessions with your sales team on necessary topics

What we expect from you

• You have a higher education qualification in insurance or finance
• You have several years of professional experience in insurance or finance
• You have several years of experience in managing employees
• You are an ambitious leader who knows how to inspire their employees
• You have excellent communication skills and adapt quickly and flexibly to new situations
• You stand out through a performance-oriented working method as well as your sales talent
• You have a sense of contact and the desire to develop your existing network
• You live in the agency region and already have a good network, thanks to strong local and/or regional roots
