IT System Engineer (m/f/d)
Our partner is an established corporate group offering individual and customised construction services. The company provides an independent and responsible area of work as well as a trustworthy and pleasant working atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
You operate and maintain the ICT service catalogue and take on the 2nd and 3rd level support
In doing so, you automate processes, test new functions and ensure cyber security
You create and maintain technical documentation and contribute to ICT projects from concept to implementation
Additionally, you analyse and improve process-oriented workflows across departmental boundaries
Qualifications:
You have training as an IT specialist EFZ (system technology) or a comparable IT qualification
With 2-3 years of professional experience, you confidently manage complex system environments and bring deep infrastructure knowledge
Certifications in networking (e.g. CCNA), cyber security, ITIL or Microsoft 365 are advantageous
You communicate fluently in German and English - French skills are a plus
Experience with business processes in industrial companies rounds off your profile
