To strengthen our Human Resources team, we are looking for a:

HR Specialist

Your mission:

As an HR Specialist, you play a key role in the development and management of human resources within our company. Your mission is to support the HR department in implementing a modern and effective policy, while providing operational support on a daily basis.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Actively participating in the management of HR processes, including recruitment, talent management, skills development and payroll.
• Ensuring the follow-up of personnel files and compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
• Contributing to and supporting managers in their HR responsibilities (team management, performance evaluation, conflict management, etc.).
• Playing a role as a relay and support in the context of organisational and cultural transformations within the company.

Your profile:

• Federal diploma as a human resources specialist
• Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in an industrial or technical environment.
• Solid knowledge of Swiss labour law and modern HR practices.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with all stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in an HRIS (Abacus is an asset)
• Knowledge of German is a plus.
