System Technician Windows Client & Intune (m/f/d)

Role:
As a System Technician Windows Client & Intune, you ensure that notebooks, desktops and tablets function smoothly in everyday use. Your focus is on packaging, distribution and automation with Microsoft Intune and SCCM. Technical curiosity is required here, as you test new operating system versions and carefully introduce them into production. A collegial team with short decision-making paths supports you in this.
Responsibilities:
You ensure the stable operation of Windows clients as well as mobile devices under iOS and iPadOS
Furthermore, you roll out operating systems and applications automatically and monitor the distribution
You test operating software for suitability and plan operating system changes from the testing phase to rollout
Automation is in your hands, for example via scripts, batch files and smaller administrative programming tasks
In addition, you maintain the central management and development platforms for Apple devices
You also document configurations and assist support with tricky cases
Qualifications:
Your foundation is a completed training or degree in computer science
You are well versed in Mobile Device Management (MDM) and automated device registration of Apple environments
You have at least 3 years of experience in the client or endpoint environment
You write your own scripts with PowerShell and solve recurring tasks elegantly
Carefulness and a high quality mindset characterise your working style, especially when handling sensitive data
Additionally, you express yourself confidently in German and read technical documents in English with ease
