Implementation and support of powerful system landscapes across local data centres and cloud platforms.
Development of technical architectures including specifications, operational concepts, and relevant documentation.
Professional support of companies in the introduction, optimisation, and use of their IT services.
Co-design and professionalisation of the existing service portfolio including technical further developments.
Analysis of complex faults, sustainable troubleshooting, and support in extensive transformation projects.
Qualifications:
Completed technical vocational training with additional further education in computer science, systems engineering, or a related field.
Many years of experience as a system engineer, infrastructure specialist, or in a comparable customer-facing role.
Very good knowledge of at least two technologies from the areas of servers, virtualisation, cloud, workstation systems, storage, or data backup.
Routine in implementing complex technical projects as well as a pronounced understanding of service quality.
Communicative and resilient personality with high customer orientation, good language skills in German and English, and mobility for customer assignments.
