Workplace: Fribourg, remote work possible
You combine knowledge in timber construction, advising professional clients, and observing the construction market in Romandy.
You develop new opportunities in the market, advise architects, general contractors and investors, and help transform an idea into a solid and viable timber construction project.

Your area of responsibility
- Develop and strengthen the timber construction market, favouring sustainable client relationships and relevant project opportunities.
- Advise architects, general contractors, investors and clients from first contact to contract conclusion.
- Coordinate preliminary technical studies with internal specialists in construction, structural engineering, building physics, cost calculation and purchasing, while acting as the main project contact.
- Prepare offers, cost calculations and the bases necessary for contract preparation, in collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Ensure information flow, project transmission and client follow-up from acquisition to completion.
Your profile
- Ideally, you have completed professional training in a technical construction trade.
- Experience in timber construction or building allows you to confidently handle technical questions.
- Additional training as foreman, master carpenter, HES engineer, timber construction technician or similar is an advantage.
- Experience in project management, acquisition, consulting or sales of technical solutions in construction will facilitate your role.
- You are fluent in German and French, both spoken and written.
- You enjoy human contact, reliably coordinate activities and can explain complex timber construction issues understandably. What you do not yet master, we will teach you.
