Clerk Production Planning & Material Disposition (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF84,500 - 97,500Our client is a traditional Swiss industrial company that develops and produces high-quality components and customised solutions for demanding customers. The products are used in various industrial and technology sectors. Role:
In this role, you connect production planning, disposition, and customer requirements. You translate demands into realistic production programmes, ensure timely delivery, and coordinate alignment between production, customer service, logistics, and development. Additionally, you contribute to process improvements and cross-departmental projects.
Responsibilities:
You plan and control the production programme for the machinery park
You incorporate customer demands into planning and ensure timely supply
You coordinate capacities and priorities with production, logistics, customer service, and development
You maintain planning-relevant master and demand data in the ERP system
You analyse key figures and derive appropriate measures for production control
You optimise existing planning and work processes
You take responsibility in cross-departmental projects
Qualifications:
You bring solid experience in AVOR, production planning, or production disposition in an industrial company
A technical basic education forms your foundation, ideally complemented by further training as a process specialist with a federal certificate, technical business administrator with a federal certificate, or comparable
You are familiar with production processes, capacity planning, and coordination of different interfaces from practical experience
You have good ERP knowledge; experience with SAP PP, MM, or SD is an advantage
You communicate very well in German and well in English
