Technical Internal Sales (m/f/d)
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you will take on a central role in operational customer support. You accompany business processes from the initial enquiry to delivery and ensure that customers, internal departments and logistics always have the necessary information.
Responsibilities:
Receive incoming business enquiries and coordinate further processing
Prepare commercial documents for various customer concerns
Systematically manage orders through the different processing stages and implement adjustments transparently
Manage delivery processes together with internal and external partners
Keep customers informed about the current status of their orders in case of queries
Organise transport solutions and returns with the responsible departments if necessary
Accompany discrepancies, replacement shipments and complaints until resolved
Support sales staff and management on customer-related matters
Ensure that billing-relevant information is complete and correct
Keep customer and order information up to date in the ERP system
Qualifications:
Completed technical vocational training with experience in an industrial environment (e.g. polymechanic EFZ, plant and apparatus builder EFZ or similar)
Experience in internal sales, customer service or order processing
Good understanding of commercial processes and technical products
Confident use of ERP systems and Microsoft Office
Very good German skills as well as good English skills
Independent, precise and well-organised working style
Enjoyment of a versatile role with various internal and external contacts
