HR Specialist

Your mission

The experienced HR Specialist ensures daily operational HR management autonomously and under the supervision of the Human Resources Manager.

A true local point of contact, he/she supports employees and managers throughout the HR life cycle: recruitment, integration, personnel administration, absences, social insurance and departures.

The mission is to guarantee reliable, smooth and quality HR management, while contributing to the proper functioning of the HR department. Ultimately, he/she will also gradually take over payroll management.

Your main responsibilities

• HR Administration: ensure the administrative management of the employee life cycle, from entry to departure, and guarantee the reliability and updating of HR data.

• Recruitment & integration: manage the recruitment process based on validated requests from managers and coordinate the integration of new employees.

• Payroll & social insurance: monitor payroll-related elements, absences, social insurance, family allowances and associated procedures.

• HR support: be the local contact person for employees and support managers in handling operational HR issues.

• HR processes & compliance: ensure the proper application of processes, internal procedures and legal provisions, as well as the quality and confidentiality of HR data.

• Collaboration & coordination: work independently under the supervision of the HR Manager and coordinate HR administrative activities with the support of our apprentice commercial employee.

Your profile

• Required HR Manager certificate or equivalent training; the Federal Diploma of HR Specialist is an asset.
• Several years of experience in a generalist HR role in Switzerland, with good mastery of operational Human Resources management.
• Strong knowledge of personnel administration, social insurance and Swiss labour law.
• Experience in payroll management or a genuine interest in developing skills in this area.
• Good command of common IT tools and HR systems; knowledge of Abacus is an asset.
• Autonomy, rigour and organisational skills, with a good ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent service and communication skills, with ease in relating to employees and managers.
• Discretion, confidentiality and reliability in handling sensitive information.

Comfortable in a small-scale HR and administrative structure, you appreciate working independently.
