Our client is seeking a highly experienced and polished Executive Assistant to the Director General for a 12-month fixed-term contract, available to start immediately.
The role requires exceptional organizational skills, diplomatic communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.

Missions
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the Director General, acting as a trusted business partner.
- Manage a complex and constantly evolving calendar, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones.
- Organize international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, briefing notes, and correspondence in English and French.
- Act as a key liaison with senior internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, executive visits, and international events.
- Take minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives.
- Support strategic projects and contribute to the efficient operation of the Director General's office.
- Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion.
Profil du candidat
- Experience supporting a C-suite executive, Director General, CEO, Managing Director, or equivalent senior leader within an international environment.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence interacting with senior executives and international partners.
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding and fast-moving environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams).
- Outstanding written and spoken English is essential (professional/native-level proficiency).
- Fluent French is required, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Additional languages would be considered an asset.
