Lead Engineer Microsoft Workplace (m/f/d)

Role:
In this lead position, you will act as an experienced Workplace Engineer who significantly shapes the further development of the "Modern Workplace". In this role, you will continuously improve and optimise the employees' workplace solution. Another focus will be automating processes using scripting.
Responsibilities:
- Lead position in Workplace Engineering
- Direct influence on service delivery
- Further development of Windows 10 deployment
- Scripting and review of various security and performance settings
- Introduction of new tools to meet all customers' needs
- Further development of the system landscape and 3rd level support
Qualifications:
- You are ready to take on lead responsibility
- You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist EFZ, preferably with further education as an IT specialist (HF, FH)
- You bring several years of professional experience as a Microsoft Workplace/Client Engineer
- You already have experience with new technologies (Azure, Intune)
- You have solid knowledge of PowerShell
- You enjoy developing your own solutions and want to advance them
- You are dynamic, motivated, and look forward to shaping IT
- You face challenging situations with enthusiasm and commitment
- You have a flair for developing and documenting your solutions
- Fluent German and good English skills complement your profile
