Role:
You want to not only accompany projects but also shape them technically? As an Azure & Microsoft 365 Engineer, you lead workplace, cloud, and infrastructure projects and implement them yourself. The focus is on Microsoft 365 (M365) and Entra ID. Direct interaction with customers is an integral part. This way, you see immediately what your work achieves.
Responsibilities:
You plan client lifecycle projects with Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint management and bring them to completion.
Furthermore, you are responsible for migrations to cloud or hybrid platforms and take on the technical leadership in workplace projects.
You develop Teams, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Security further and keep operations stable.
You implement infrastructure topics such as network, backup, and security as well as the operation of Active Directory and Windows Server.
Additionally, you support new and existing customers on-site, participate in onboardings and modernisations, and create current state analyses.
You also resolve technical special cases in 2nd and 3rd level support.
Qualifications:
You have already worked for several years as an engineer in the Microsoft environment.
You are characterised by profound knowledge in Azure, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID, complemented by solid knowledge in Windows Server, Active Directory, and hybrid setups.
You gain extra points with know-how in Sophos, Veeam, Fortinet, Intune, Autopilot, or Microsoft Security as well as with server, storage, and WLAN solutions from common manufacturers.
You analyse IT landscapes systematically and document them comprehensibly.
Ideally, you already have practical experience with project work at an IT service provider.
Furthermore, you tackle tasks independently and in a structured manner, look forward to assignments with customers, and hold a category B driving licence.
