The Falkenstein Care Centre in the multicultural and lively Gundeldinger district offers a home to 86 elderly people. Both the residential and care philosophy as well as the integration of a Mediterranean residential group are unique.
Your Role
You lead, develop and support a team of 15 employees and trainees and are committed to person-centred care. You further develop processes to promote a pleasant living atmosphere as well as high-quality care and support. Appropriate personnel deployment planning, taking into account cost-effectiveness and efficiency, is also part of your duties. You contribute to the strategic orientation and goal setting of the residential area and the management team of the care centre and support the fulfilment of the training mandate for students and apprentices.
Your Profile
- Experienced nursing professional with HF qualification or equivalent training
- You have completed leadership training and/or have leadership experience
- Empathy for interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external partners
- Coaching leadership personality
- Strong organisational and planning skills for efficient personnel deployment planning
