Mandated by our client, we are looking for a
INTERNATIONAL SALES & DISTRIBUTOR MANAGER (M/F)
You have a technical education and experience in an industrial, technical or commercial environment.
Ideally, you come from fields such as:
- polymechanics
- mechanics
- CNC machining
- industrial production
- manufacturing technology
- technical equipment or solutions
Experience in international business development, distributor management or sales of technical solutions is a real asset.
YOUR LANGUAGES
Fluent French is essential
Professional fluent English is essential
Any other language is a plus.

You will be specifically responsible for:
- developing and retaining a portfolio of international clients
- identifying new markets, clients and business opportunities
- building and developing a solid business pipeline
- supporting and energising local distributors and agents
- developing new networks and partners
- regularly meeting clients and partners in the field
- understanding their needs and building tailored solutions with them
- coordinating technical and commercial aspects with internal teams
- preparing and negotiating offers and commercial terms
- following up on deals from first contact to conclusion
- analysing markets, competition and new opportunities
- ensuring precise and effective reporting of your activity.
Here, there is no question of staying behind a screen all year.
You will regularly be in the field, with clients and partners, both in Switzerland and abroad.
Approximately 50% business travel is to be expected, depending on markets and opportunities.
