Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for a reliable and numbers-savvy person for accounts receivable accounting. Our partner is an internationally active service company in the field of textile service and circular economy. In Switzerland, the corporate group has a wide network of production and service locations and serves customers from various industries. In this role, you are part of the finance team and take on an important role in the correct and timely processing of accounts receivable processes.
Responsibilities:
You handle the ongoing accounts receivable accounting and ensure correct posting of business transactions
You monitor outstanding receivables and take care of the reconciliation and clarification of incoming payments
You perform account reconciliations and handle discrepancies in the accounts receivable area
You support dunning processes and the handling of overdue receivables
You respond to internal and external enquiries regarding invoices, payments and open items
You collaborate with various internal interfaces and take on general administrative tasks
Qualifications:
You have a completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
You bring professional experience in accounts receivable accounting or accounting
You possess good accounting knowledge
You have good IT user skills
Fluent German skills and good French skills are required
