Inhouse Counsel (m/f/d), 70-90%
Responsibilities
- Legal advice in various areas of law for internal clients of all hierarchical levels and subsidiaries
- Participation in internal and external negotiations as well as representation of the company before authorities
- Implementation and further development of compliance processes including support in training
- Collaboration in the data protection compliance programme
- Early detection, assessment and disclosure of legal risks
Requirements
- Completed law degree (MLaw), ideally with Swiss bar admission
- Professional experience in a legal environment, preferably in a corporate legal department or law firm
- Sound knowledge of contract and corporate law as well as, advantageously, data protection
- Efficient, pragmatic and solution-oriented working style
- Team spirit, enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration as well as high advisory affinity and commitment
