System Specialist ICT (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the operation and further development of IT infrastructures including on-site support and remote assistance
Planning and implementation of technology projects such as modernisation of systems, data migration, and optimisation of existing environments
Active role in service management focusing on fault resolution, change processes, and problem analysis
Comprehensive customer consulting on IT solutions and support in the sales process with technical queries
Ensuring quality project execution through structured procedures, transparent communication, and targeted use of modern software tools
Qualifications:
Completed IT education and training or equivalent qualification with relevant certificates from renowned manufacturers
Solid experience in IT architectures, especially in the area of SME systems and infrastructures
Several years of practice with Microsoft servers, client management, virtualisation, network administration, and Microsoft 365 including Azure cloud services
Strong customer orientation and entrepreneurial thinking combined with enthusiasm for process optimisation and task automation
Very good German and French skills, both spoken and written
