Role:

Well-established finance and payroll processes make everyday life noticeably easier for SMEs. As an Abacus Consultant: Finance & HR, you ensure exactly that and accompany clients on their path to digital business processing with Abacus. You combine business management thinking with solid application know-how. From the initial analysis to productive operation, you are responsible for your projects and design solutions with sustainable impact.

Responsibilities:

• You analyse your clients’ business processes and translate their requirements into suitable solutions on the ERP platform

• You independently parameterise and configure modules related to financial accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payment transactions, and cost accounting

• Furthermore, you implement and optimise personnel and payroll processes

• You lead introduction, migration, and optimisation projects from requirements analysis through testing and acceptance to go-live

• In addition, you design digital workflows, automate approval processes, and support the migration of master and transaction data

• You also integrate third-party systems via interfaces and continuously develop existing customer solutions

Qualifications:

• You bring several years of experience in ERP consulting, fiduciary services, or client management

• You are familiar with the Abacus applications in the areas of finance and/or personnel and payroll and ideally have independently parameterised solutions

• You have a solid understanding of accounting, payroll administration, and HR processes

• You have already implemented introduction or further development projects and gained experience with interfaces and system integrations

• You analyse complex professional and application-related issues in a structured manner and solve them independently

• Additionally, you combine technical know-how with pronounced process thinking and see the connections between finance, HR, and adjacent systems
